Question: Is there a fee when you file paperwork for guardianship of a disabled 18 year old?

Answer: There may be a fee when filing for guardianship in your county.  You can ask for a waiver of fees.  Go to:  http://www.azcourts.gov/selfservicecenter/Self-Service-Forms.  You can find the forms for adult guardianship there and they should also have the forms asking for a waiver.  The judge would be able to waive the fees if he sees the need.
