I'm renting a rv space in my home what are my rights as a landlord and there rights. The rv belongs to them. Is it consider the same as if they were living inside my home I want to make a lease but I want to make sure I protect my rights as well as theirs.

I was incarcerated in july of this year and was released just recently, during that time my wife and 2 children had moved to kansas I am most likely to file for divorce and will be seeking joint custody. I am planning on having the kids for their summer break and winter breaks.Since she is out of state what is the procedure for this to occur and what must I file,also will she have to come back to Arizona for the proceedings or can she remain in Kansas?

If you are under a deferred adjudication on domestic violence charges are you still allowed to purchase a firearm. Went to court was put on a "deferred sentencing" which stated charges would be dropped after I completed program. Was never told to relinquish my current firearms and was never told that I could not purchase any. Just curious of your thoughts. Thanks You

I have a decree from Colorado stating that my Ex-Husband is responsible for certain debts. Creditors are coming after me for the debts because he didn't pay them and 1 creditor is suing me, I answered the complaint and they filed a motion for a judgement and I have to answer in 10 days. Am I responsible for debt that was ordered under the decree to be paid by my Ex?

I have a dughter who i want custody of, her grandmother says she has custody. Grandmother says that her daughter, amanda gave up her rights to our daughter. I was in prison while this was going on and they told judge they didnt know where i was. anyway, her environment is very bad for her. I have a fiance of 3 years and decided i dont care if my daughter hates me and doesnt want to live with me i cant continue to let her live like she is. it is not good for her well being. how do i get a hold of documents to find out who has custody and if mom gave up all rights? mom is in jail now.

I live in a apt complex and i am a section 8 tenant that pays zero rent and is required to pay only utilities.. therefore the apt complex charges the tenants a monthly water bill that is not included in the rent amt... is the mgr. here at apt complex allowed to charge a tentant late fees the same as in rental late fees .. for being late on paying t them for water bill ?? This is a new Mgr.. and previous Mgr. never charged me for being just one month late .. I dont even pay rent and he charged me over 800.00 for bill and fees Thanks to my son he came and saved me from being homeless.
