QUESTIONS

  • I keep reading about terms of a trust are usually laid out or confirmed by what's in a Will? What if a Corporation does not produce a Will for 8 months after death of deceased and the Will states you only have the first 3 months to challenge anything?
  • My ex-husband uses communication with our children to continue being verbally abusive to me. He also will not keep to set times that we agreed upon for parenting time. I have the children 5 days/week. What do I need to do to get a third party to handle communication and exchanges regarding our children? I do not want my ex-husband to be able to contact me or know where I live. How do I coordinate an order of protection/injunction against harassment with the local Court with a Supreme Court action (3rd party to handle interactions with the kids)?
  • How will my property be distributed upon my death?
  • If a person has sexual contact with a minor, who lied about their age, Is there any defence? Unsure of the other parties true age (since they have lied so much). Nothing has been charged thus far, should the 'defendant' seek an attorney now. Is this a case where they could ask for PD? "D" has document mental health issues, I need to advise them on what to do asap. Will be taking "D' to mental health (emergency) clinic in the am.

And then the bank changed its mind and said to buy a vehicle in Az. Needless to say as seniors with good credit we were very upset. Filed a complaint withCFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). Told we could hire an attorney but am finding difficulty. Don't know what kind of attorney or if we have a case.

  • I don't have any income and I asked to stay with a relative for a few days, now I am going to the men's mission shelter. Can I still qualify for cash and food stamp assistance?
  • I need names ADDED to filed certificates, not changed. There are no court order forms for this as required by the Office of Vital Records (R9-114 thru R9-118) This set of twins only needs to add given names, not change their surnames. The forms available are not accurate for this situation and cannot be used without major adjustments. Need these certificates immediately for plane travel requiring ID. HELP
