My son was hurt at work and was out for 3 months. He went back to work on light duty or 2 weeks. He then was in a personal motorcycle accident and has been out of work for 1 1/2 months. On his personal accident he went to apply for FMLA and was denied and told that his work already used his 12 weeks up. He knew nothing about this. He was on workmans compensation at the time that they used his FMLA. Is there any recourse to get his FMLA back so he can use it for his personal accident? Why would he need to use his FMLA when he was on workmans compensation?

My ex-wife and I are going through a divorce and currently we have temp orders for our children. We currently have 50/50 shared joint legal decision making. The orders state supervision around her sister at all time. This is because of a drug issue. I initially filed for 50/50 and no visitations with her sister. My wife asked for sole custody. I feel it is in the best interest of the children to not be around her sister due to the drug problem. How will a judge look at this because her sister is not the one I am divorcing, but she is already in the temp orders and the kids are around her?

I've lived at my mobile home park fornover 10 years. I noticed my bill started getting higher and higher from patying 350 to getting charged 1000. I noticed that the landlord was charging some of the neighbors water meter to my bill. I've gone multiple times to their office and the landlord is never there. The secretary tells me she can't do anything and that I have to speak to the landlord. I've called the landlord multiple times and left messages and no answer or response from them. The bill says they will keep charging me if I don't pay the bill and evict me. What steps can I take?

I am wanting to move out and need to find a new tenant to take over lease. I found a guy and he signed the lease and made the deposit with the landlord, then said less than a day later he has an emergency and can't move in. The landlord says I need to continue my search for a replacement tenant but I asked since he signed the lease isn't he locked in and it's no longer my responsibility. So am I still locked in or is it now the landlords responsibility to find someone?

Had no option moving in with my parents. I am 51 not 17! My dad continually opens and reseals my mail! I have no proof to back me up. What should I do? It would be a added expense for me to obtain a monthly mailbox at the Post Office. I am unable to sit and wait for the mail to be delivered daily. The letters are definitely resealed with glue! Thank You
