I made a 98.00 mistake on the register can the owner make me pay for it.

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

After signing my lease agreement and after moving in, my landlord had some guy come to the house to do a stucco job due to termites. We were not aware of the house having termite until after we were settled in. The guy said he would come back to work on the house because he needed the landlord signature to start the repairs. Well I guess my landlord never signed the paper because the guy never returned. It has been months and we still have termites. What can I do in this situation.

I am currently renting out my home to a couple and they have violated the rental agreement on a number or accounts. They have decided to make "repairs"/"upgrades" to my property without my authorization. They have a pet which is against the terms of the lease. They are also consistently late with their rent. Am I within my rights to given them a notice to vacate the property due to breach of the leasing agreement? If so, how many days notice do I have to provide?

I have a 2 year old son and his bio-father has never really been in his life. We went through a custody hearing and he was given some visitation but now is wanting to sign his rights over. We have mutually agreed on this. How would we go about doing this? I am married and have a stable house hold.

What if I [the mother] am the only one on the birth certificate? Then does the father have to sign it?

I was arrested and charged for dangerous drug and drug paraphanella possesion and sentenced to 5 yrs unsupervised probation 12 weeks drug classes and tasc i never did any of those i have a warrant for failure to appear is this considered a felony warrant
