QUESTIONS

  • Do I need to get annulment from my two month marriage. I recently found out I have been married for the past 9 years to another man that I thought I was divorced from. The original husband is a Veteran and although I might not be eligible for benefits because I left 9 years ago, I need to know if I can still apply for benefits being currently married. Does this 2 month marriage exist?
  • Are scholarships considered income? My ex receives a great deal of money from scholarships and 401K cash out but claims that he has no income?
  • My mother, who lives in Wisconsin, has guardianship of her minor grandson. She has been his guardian for about 7 years (since the death of his father in 2007). The minor's biological mother is living, but her whereabouts has been unknown for the same time. My mother is currently receiving financial support from the state for the minor. My mother also has to re-apply each year to continue guardianship. My mother wants to relocate to Arizona with the minor. My question is: 1.can my mother leave the state of Wisconsin with the minor?

So my question is; does filing a false Protection Order, also include immunity from prosecution? Is there any justice for anyone who has been the victim of a system remedy, which has been abused to the point where it has become weapon, rendering it ineffective? Its ironic that a system created to help victims, in turn makes victims. Was that the intended purpose, to deprive fathers of their children and create a plethora problems?
  • i own and live in a 55+ Mobile Home Park and have an electrical meter however the manager gives me an electrical bill to pay monthly which is inconsistent with my meter reading,whose responsibility is it to read the meter?
