  • My daughters father who has being in prison for 17 years is thrusting me with having custody of my child 7 days a week every other week. He is not on the birth certificate and has not been part of her life, she is now 5 months old, he asked me to abort when I told him I was pregnant. Will the court grant him custody. He was in prison for holding a family hostage.
  • My wife has a debt that she has not been able to pay because she has no income and has not had income for 5 years. The collection company has frozen our bank account and I cannot pay our bill now. She has not made any deposits to this joint account. How can I get this hold off of our account? she does not want to contact the collection company. All funds in this bank account are mine not her's. Thank you

  • Hello. A small fire broke out in my kitchen. Fire department and police spoke with my landlord telling her that I could not stay due to soot and it needed be taking care of. Landlord stated she spoke with owner and a team would be out to find my apartment. 1 month later nothing is fixed. I shower landlord the report from fire deapart and was told that she doesnt care what the report shows that nothing is going to get fixed. She refused to give us the owners contact info also. I'm in need of guidance on what I can to legally if any. Thank you
