QUESTIONS

  • Does the following remedy mean that you are required to terminate lease and move out within five days if safety hasn't been restored?: "If there is a noncompliance by the landlord with section 33-1324 materially affecting health and safety, the tenant may deliver a written notice to the landlord specifying the acts and omissions constituting the breach and that the rental agreement will terminate upon a date not less than five days after receipt of the notice if the breach is not remedied in five days." Is there any other remedy? Can you withhold rent? Can you get alternate housing? Thanks.
  • My mother passed away. She does have a will and I was nominated as the executer and trustee. I am the sole beneficiary. She only has a bank account but when the account was setup nobody was on the account but her. no payable unpon death. What is required by the bank for me to access the account to begin paying for her expences? Her will did state that I shoud have immediate access without going through the courts.

We were told by the property management company that the owners are in trouble. I am disabled and this is causing me to have flare ups in my conditions. We've asked for an extension but was told no. Do we have any other options to get more time?
  • I have been leasing land that my manufactured home sits on since July 1998. I no longer reside on the property, but have maintained utilities and monthly lease payments. The landowner sold the property to a third party. The new landowner has given me 30 days notice to remove the home so that she can build a house on the property, quoting ARS 33-1370 (abandonedment) and an incorrect street address. Would 33-1476 and 33-2149 apply here? (180 days notice and Relocation Fund)?

THE HOSPITAL LOST HER FALSE TEETH AND HER PRESCRIPTION GLASSES AS WELL DURING FIRST SURGERY I AM LOW INCOME AND LIVE FEW HOURS FROM HER SHE IS ALONE AND THE SMALL TOWN OF TOPOCK IS NO WHERE FOR HER TO BE ALONE AND DEALING WITH ALL THIS AT. PLZ HELP ME HELP HER .....
