I have fallen victim to someone who has taken most of my money and who has promised to pay me back so I can have monthly income. He will not and I think he is leaving the state. I cannot afford food even and I can't afford a lawyer. Is there a DA I can talk to or some organization that can help me?

I own a mobile home and rent out the space. I had come to an oral agreement with a family member for him to rent out one of the rooms within my mobile home because he was going through a hard time in 2016. Recently, he has gotten out of control (Alcohol & Drug abuse) and I fear for my safety and want him out. Can I call law enforcement to remove him after the 30 Day Notice has expire? What is the proper way to provide a 30 Day Notice? Does this document need to be notarized and mailed? or can I just post it on his door? I want to do things right and get this over with. My sister gets social security disability i work, she leased an apartment in Glendale AZ , i work 40 hours plus and pay the difference of 617.00 a month plus lights that are in her name . He has arreages of $1800.00 for those 6 months. He has been current since he finally set it up with Clearinghouse, but I need to show where he didn't pay. Can I get those records from Clearinghouse, and how????

Back in 1998 I was convicted with a felony, I thought I had this Expunged 2005, but I am finding this is still coming up. Where do I locate the records of this expunged paper work, not the original records of the criminal act?

My boyfriend got arrested a few days ago in Phoenix for a supposed probation violation when he wasn't even on probation in the first place. The city of Scottsdale put a hold on him for an unpaid warrant from years ago for underage drinking and driving under the influence. The Phoenix jail said if I paid a bond of $50 dollars the charge of probation violation would be taken care of and then the city of Scottsdale would have 72 hours to pick him up or he'd be released. When I sent his mother to pay the $50 dollar bond they told her there was no $50 dollar bond and that the bond was $2,550 but that is what he owes the city of Scottsdale and they still haven't picked him up. Now they are telling him he is going to court AGAIN for the Phoenix charge and then after that they'll transfer him to Scottsdale to wait to go to court for those charges. I don't have a job or $2,550 dollars or anything worth nearly that much. I'm afraid he's going to end up being in jail PAST MY SCHEDULED C-SECTION. I'm due in 37 days. Any advice? Please help,.

I have lived as a tenant for the past 3 years and every year a major appliance breaks, first it was the microwave, then the stove/oven, and now the refrigerator. Each repair takes over 2 months. My refrigerator broke on 7/23 and it is still not fixed! Can I pro-rate my rent for the days without a working refrigerator? Our food has gone bad and it is still not repaired! So frustrated!
