My fiancé and I are in a month to month lease. On 8-26-16 a guest of ours that was visiting the state was accused of crime on property. The next day the landlord stated we had to leave that day or we could pay for next month's rent and be evicted afterwards. They stated a eviction would show on credit affectively making it nearly impossible to rent anywhere else. On the rental agreement there was no notice stating we needed to advise them if we had a guest staying longer than 14 days and he has not been formally charged. What options do I have.

I purchased a condo in October 2019. My inspection identified several repairs needed. I was assured those were the responsibility of the HOA. What was not disclosed is that in November there would be a vote on a Special Assessment, which passed, and now I have a bill for $4800. The seller had been made aware of this for months, but never gave me that information during our negotiations. Do I have any recourse for the seller to be responsible for all or part of this special assessment since it was not disclosed on the statements provided to me?

I hired a moving company to move my stuff from WI to AZ (company is based in IL.) Upon reviewing the contract I discovered bad math, but I had already signed. When my stuff got here, I had to pay the remaining $650 in cash to the driver or he would return my items to IL and be charge for them holding my items. I was then pressured to place a $0 in the what is due. However, my issue is that they had overcharged me. The driver would not deal with any of those issues and I had to pay him. If I file a claim do I have a chance to be granted my overpayment, or am I SOL due to the $0 on balance due.

Yesterday a beehive found its way into the eves over my front door, making it impossible to go in or exit from the front door. My wife (sadly the owner’s daughter. Not on good terms any longer) is highly allergic to bees. We have a restraining order on the landlord (father) so have little contact with him. We sent him a text to alert him of the bees. He refused to do anything that day and said he will need to get estimates, forgoing the risk this put o my wife. We found a company that came out the same day. We waiting several hours for him to comply but her refused. Are we liable for this fee
