How do I go about getting my rights reinstated? I served a 5 year prison sentence and was released in 1998.

I rent a lot in a mobile home park. I own my home and the new owner of the park are trying to charge for every person that lives in my home. Is this legal?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? If both parents agree to 50/50 custody and neither want to pay or recieve child support what is the law? Will one of the parents have to pay some amount?

I need to file a motion to compel disclosure from the Pima county sheriffs dept. they are refusing to provide me with records that are public, regarding my own case, and held at the dept. I think this has to be a special action motion. If the case was in Superior Court, never appealed, where do I file the Special Action, can I use the civil courts to do this ? I am seeking damages based on public records law, does that limit me to superior court only?

Do I still need the my ex's permission if I have sole custody? He has never even paid child support.My kids want their name changed too.

I was considering a move from Texas to Show Low AZ. I put a $1000 deposit and paid $445 lot fee. When I returned home in TX. I realized that downsizing from a 2300sqft home to a 900sqft trailer was not doable for me at this time. After 2 days from signing the agreement, I gave my formal written notice that I had changed my mind. Now the owner will not refund my money. What can I do. $1400 dollars is quite an amount to keep for just because. I was told they could have shown the trailer 2 times during that time, however the unit was not even ready for someone to move in.
