  • I was arrested for receiving stolen property before my arraignment i bailed out on my first court date i went to court and there wasn't aany charges filed the judge told me to come back in a month i did and at the time charges still we're not filed and the judge exonerated my bail and told me i was free and now i have a warrant for my arrest what can i dog
  • I am buying a mobile home from the trailer park there was supposed to be repairs done before we moved in that weren't done and also any rain damage that we noticed after a rain, repairs have not been done and they keep telling us next week we signed contract 7/27 and mad our last down payment on 9/1 didn't get to move in until 9/26. Contract says as is but these are repairs they agreed to fix
  • I owe a credit union in Michigan $25,000 for Visa and $175,000 for second mortgage. They wrote the balances off 12/30/2010. I continued to make payments on the mortgage thru May-2012. I have not received any communications from the credit union since then. In June 2013 I received a letter from a collection agency that states that I owe $200,000 on the 2nd mortgage and $32,000 on the visa. What are my rights? What am I obligated to pay? Does Arizona have a law that creditors are not allowed to solicit more than what they paid for a debt? Your help would be greatly appreciated. SB
