If I just signed a year's lease and we get evicted this month, am I responsible for paying the other 11 month's rent?

I am considering remarriage. I am a widow & receive widows SS benefits. I also work full time, own my own home(mortgage on it) vehicle(no lien) savings. I just found out my fiancee(age 64) has not paid income taxes since the 1970's(Tea Party does not believe in paying) the IRS has seized his SS benefit. He has no savings & little income(electrician works for himself). Says he plans on filing a lawsuit against the IRS for his SS. How would this situation affect me if we were to marry? He can also take his union retirement anytime, would the IRS sieze this also? Can they lien any of my SS benefits and/or put lien on my house if we were to marry? I feel they could, he says no that if we did a prenuptial agreement, would be fine. I disagree, the IRS could care less about it. I am not going to marry him regardless but would like to be better informed. Thank you

My truck that i have drove for two years now was payed for on the spot for $1600 with income tax money from my grandmother and the rest pur of her pocket. Since then, out of my pocket i have put about $3000 into it myself. This income tax money my grandma had was from her claiming me(i was 17, im 19 now). My dad went and gave the man the money for the truck. My dad and i do not get along and he is mental (seriously). Now everytime he gets slightly irritated, he tries to take my truck and we get into it. The title has his name on it, but he is wrongly abusing. I'm so tired of this!Please help me?

Can I file for back child support for a child I raised for eight years if I did not originally ask for child support? Custody changed to the mother about a year and a half ago where she did not ask for child support and now she is filing for it.

I was ticketed for criminal speeding when I was 17. Went to court and was told to do driving school to get rid of the charge. The charge hasn't been removed. The court clerk says that I was given the option for traffic school but doesn't know how to remove it. How would I remove it from my record? I feel it should be removed from the option of going to traffic school.

My ex-boyfriend signed the acknowledgement of paternity for my son even though he was not the biological father. Is there a way to disprove the paternity and have his rights to my son terminated?

My child is almost 6 months old, the father left when I was 9 weeks pregnant and has never expressed interest in our child (not wanting to see our child, not asking questions about our child, and not helping with support). He is not on the birth certificate and we haven't done paternity and he had agreed to terminating his rights when my child was born. Can I get his rights severed based on abandonment? Do I have a good case for severing his rights?

For some one on food stamps; is a gift card to Walmart or Toys R Us considered income? Should someone report this type of gift as income?

My question is I suffer from depression. Just got married can my mom or family member commit me voluntary and sign papers or does my new husband can only do that. I have gone to rehab when I was younger before for a week I was committed allowed by my insurance. Do I need to have him do a notary paper. My mom always threatens to have me put away and laughs. When completing the living will, does this have to be recorded in the county clerks office in order for it to stand? thanks
