I received full custody (legal making decisions) for my son but his father, who is on his birth certificate, did not have to terminate his rights. He doesn't make much effort to be in our son's life and is not allowed to have visits unless they are supervised. My husband and I want to move out of state next year, am I within my rights to take him without consent from his father? Hoping for an answer before any big plans are set in motion. I am on a month to month lease. On December 4th I gave notice to landlord that my last day in the property will be January 5th. They are stating I am violating the law and that my 30 day notice is not valid as I would have had to give it to then November 30th for December 31st move out date. Is this true?

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

We live in a small private property community with private roads. Every morning and afternoon we are over loaded and blocked in by parents using our neighborhood to drop off and pick up kids. They ignore all our signs and block anyone from getting in or out safely. We have buses that come and get our kids and they can’t get around the neighborhood because of the parking on both sides of the road. The street are more narrow as they are private and we pay for all up keep. We know we can block the roads off but what else can be done to get those people out and off our streets?

I have been separated from my ex for over 10 years. We tried to get a divorce in 2011 but because he lived in California and I lived in Atizona it got squashed. If a child is emancipated in another state and that state is another age. then moves to AZ is the child considered emancipated in AZ also ?
