I have filedfor divorce with children done everything in order and made it to the hearing for temp. orders. We both are scheduled for the the pip class which i just took on Wed. The judge said my husband could take his in Las Vegas cause he lives there. The judge said that he is not setting this case for anything until completion cert. are received by the court for both of us. How long does he have to prove completion so we can keep going forward

Have had many issues with AC ceiling unit leaking all over kitchen floor in my apt since March. Manager does nothing. I delivered a 10-day form from gov website statute 33-1324 10 days ago. Is there anything more to it then just moving out? What if they try to say I broke lease and report to credit?

attacked,robbed my apt,flooding for 2 days,no screens on window or patio,no apt# on my door,no heat for 14 days,electric went out twice got me very sick

we are currently listed as owner's to a mortgage but signed transfer of property- deed papers to an investor of whom we have been making monthly payments to. We have been informed by the mortgage that our payments have not been submitted and that we will soon be in foreclosure. What can we do? This investor promised to assume the mortage as well as the property but really only filed tranfer of property and continues to collect our money, of which has been steady each month.

If i'm submitting a 30-day notice to my landlord before the end of the month; do I have to pay full rent for the next month? Shouldn't I only pay for the number of days I will be there for the last month?
