QUESTIONS

  • My son got me to sign papers to sign away my house. I did not want to sell my house. What do I do?
  • What is the maximum people allowed to live in a single family residence and what can be done with all the junk they have piled up in their side yard? The house next door to me is a rental home and they have at least 9 vehicles parked in their driveway, in front of my and my neighbors homes with people coming at all hours of the night and day They also have a ton of junk in the side yard behind the gate and in front all along my fence line
  • The Landlord/Property Management Co. has with held $858.33 of our security deposit. They say we are responsible for the Re-Rent and Commissions associated with finding a new tenant. My husband lost his job, we continued to pay rent (even though we were not living in the house) so we didn't break lease. They were able to locate a new renter after two months and returned a portion of our Security Deposit, but say we are responsible for these fees. They would have had these fees in June when our lease was up. Is it legal for them to use our deposit for expense associated with the new tenant?
  • My wife's parents are a not good influence on our family and we have told them to stay away. They refuse, and have gone as far as just sitting on my front porch in the heat refusing to leave after being told to leave so many times it makes my head spin. They wont tell us but they have told (someone that wont be named) that they would seek a lawyer to see there grand kids. Do they have any right at all to do that? we are married and are doing great, except when they are around. were a little scared and need to know if there is anyway they could side step (us) the parents and get visitation.
  • Is it legal in Arizona to break a lease because I am buying a home? If so what forms do I need to submit to the property management company?

  • My landlord came to my house and served me a 24hr notice stating that there are an unusual amount of people coming to the premises at all hours of the night, that there are unauthorized people "living" in the home and he thinks there is use of marijuana on the premises. I have lived in this house for a year and haven't had any issues the house is a duplex and someone just moved in and we havent agreed on everything. So the landlord basically listened to what the neighbors said and served me with a notice of immediate termination! I am 8months pregnant I have people come over to assist me everyd
  • my sons grandma has gardianship of my son i still have my rights as a mother to legally be able to see him she cant keep him from me can she
  • The judge ordered: IT IS ORDERED that both parties shall participate in co-parenting classes through Parenting Skills. Is this the same class I completed and filed a certificate for on 9/30/2011 PEC - Parent Education Certificate? If so, am I required to take it again? Does an online course comply with Maricopa Superior Family courts requirements? If not, since the place in Scottsdale given to me at court on 09/12/13 no longer does the class where on the West side (Peoria/Glendale) can I go to comply with this order?
  • My husband and I own a home and have rented out a room to a man under a month to month lease. After 8 months we have decided that this is no longer what we want and have served him his 30 day notice to vacate. During this period he has moved his girlfriend in who never leaves our home even when he is at work and stays the night every night for the past 2 weeks. We clearly have it stated in the lease that the tenant shall not have overnight guests for more than 2 nights in a one week period. Can I call the cops and have her escorted off our property?
