Hi, I am trying to get my security deposit back after two months since moving out, and I am preparing for a small claims court case. My question is: Can I use text messages in the small claims court case to provide documentation of what the other party said to me and to also help establish a timeline of events? If so, how should I go about doing this (bring the phone, print out the text messages from my phone, etc.)? Thanks!

My neighbors have been adding on to their property since December, I hear electric saws, compressors, electric drills everyday. They don't have a permit. This is right outside my windows, and the noise is unbearable. I've talked with the managers office staff and they say that have sent them letter to desist and stop. The neighbors are still building. At the end of the day my ears hurt badly and I have constant headaches. What can I do to stop this?

I work for a group home w/disabled adults. One of the clients received an I-Pad and the manager of the home wants us to sign a form that states if it ends up missing during your shift, the entire staff will be terminated. Is this even legal. I have not signed it as of yet.

My uncle passed away and owned an RV and other property that he paid lot fees inside an RV park. He has lived there for many years. The RV Manager and Owner are refusing to allow payments to keep the lot reserved while we get court papers to become executor of his estate. They intend to "evict" for non-payment if we have not removed the property by the end of the month. They will not let us access to his property without court papers. Can they refuse to accept payment from us and what are they legally required to do with his property?

My husband filed for divorce. My question is since the house is in his "mother's" name, which is what I am being told, when the divorce is final can they just kick me out? I have paid the utilities and upkeep for 4 years now. My husband lives on one side of house and I on the other side right now.
