She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? Owner of property i rent claims that half of my yard full of storm caused fallen palm fronds is just debris, not their problem, my responsibility. Since they have fallen..our home has been consumed with scorpions, my daughter even got stung by one couple days ago. I am on section 8, I rent from a real estate agency. I am being evicted for not paying my water bill. The realtor makes me share the water bill with my neighbor, and divides it in half for us to pay. My great grandmother is over 109 years old. She formerly was under the care of my uncle. 2 weeks ago he moved away leaving her unattended. For 2 weeks now My grandfather travels los angeles to tijuana every other day to watch over his mother in law. I bought a house back when the housing market boomed and at the time had a decent job that can pay for the mortgage. A year and a half later my contract ended for the job and now can't afford the mortgage. I am wondering if it's possible to do a short sale with a good amount of savings in the bank? I have 2 mortgages with 2 different lenders. I just don't want to deplete my lifetime savings before I do a short sale. I haven't missed a payment.
