  • I received my electric bill this month and it was nearly 9 times what I usually pay. I think it was because of the water heater in my apartment. It was malfunctioning and wasn't heating the water correctly for about 2 days, and then it was fixed by the apartment maintenance. I've talked to the landlords at my apartment complex and it seems like they are not going to help me in any way with my electric bill. If it was the water heater, is it fair that I have to pay the electric bill for their water heater malfunctioning and sucking up electricity for 2 days?

  • I did a quick walk thru of our trailer. Was rushed so couldn't fully inspect. Found mold. Told office about it and they help to get rid of it. They were told about my husbands health issues. Contractor came out and said the only thing did was recovered the roof. Remove anything old office the whole roof needed replace. Been over a week and still nothing on roof. I do not want to sell it to him, as he will use it as a rental. He is using this ROFR for personal gains. I have a buyer already. Does he have the right to force me to sell it to him under this ROFR? He has this written in current Rules and Regulations for tenants. He has already obtained two MH’s from owners by using this statement, and is now renting them out. Is this legal?
