  • The decedent's will is in the office of his former attorney in Arizona. He died as a resident of another state. His final state of residence requires the original will in order to register it. How do I get the original will from the Arizona attorney?
  • I have lost my pin and number to pay my child support so i can't access child support office. how would I go on getting it again. I moved out of state and can't just go into the child support office. And I do want to pay my child support
  • I got a harassment injunction against someone in February 2018, they violated it and are being prosecuted today Oct 2018. They were threatening before, but now they are extremely angry. This person has threatened me and is obviously being punished by law, what can I do? What AZ statutes if any allow me to break my lease due to my situation?

As an employee I received a discounted rent then what is stated on my current and active lease. After stating concerns regarding Fair Housing laws not being followed to the Property Manager I was terminated on a false accusation of theft. In my Letter of Termination it states I have less then 7 days to vacate the property as it is a benefit of employment. I lived here before I worked here can she do this?

Nothing has been charged thus far, should the 'defendant' seek an attorney now. Is this a case where they could ask for PD? "D" has document mental health issues, I need to advise them on what to do asap. Will be taking "D' to mental health (emergency) clinic in the am.

  • My Park charged me a $5 per day late fee on unpaid late fees. Is this legal in Arizona? The park applies any payment made to the amount due, thus guaranteeing that any payment made that is less than the entire amount owed will be subject to late fees for the entire time additional money is owed. I believe there are laws preventing that practice for mortgages but I'm unsure about rentals or leases. Shouldn't payments first be applied toward the monthly rent or lease and then any additional payment be applied to late fees? And isn't it illegal to charge interest or fees on late fees?
  • I'm a little confused on what I should do my father-in-law just passed away last month on the 29th he was on hospice here at the house my mother-in-law passed away 4 years ago and we have got an eviction letter I guess that house sold at auction and I'm confused on what I should do because the eviction was for my mother-in-law and father-in-law they've lived in this house for 34 years his house payment was only $248 a month he was losing his marbles and yesterday the sheriff came until this we have till Wednesday to be out how is that right. We never got to go to court
