Can my landlord impose a fee because I own a washing machine? This fee was not indicated on my original rental contract I signed 9 years ago. This fee was implemented AFTER they built a laundry room. Their excuse for charging this fee is that the water bill is higher, which wasn't an issue before they built the laundry room.

She opened a separate checking account before I filed but transferred her check to her new account afterwards and didn’t inform me about it until payday because we both get paid the same week. I need to know if she’s in violation of a court order because it was my understanding that you cannot hide funds, get loans etc. until the divorce is final??

We received info about renewing our lease, at a property where we have lived for almost 1 year. When we moved in, we noticed the irrigation system needed repairing, but the property mgmt. company said the landlord would not repair it, and to use an above ground sprinkler, which we did. One of the conditions on the option to renew states: "The tenant shall maintain the landscape irrigation system, including the automatic timer, in good working condition and make any needed repairs at their sole expense." Isn't this forcing us to repair the irrigation system was never worked right? Ideas?
