Hi my name is anna the reason I'm writing this letter is cuz I have a 15 year old son who is in a correctional factly he had a toumer removed in his spine 2013 after there was an MRI and a toumer in his cereabllem in a place were they can't even biopsy it was found so the dr who did his spine sent him to an oncologist who was his care provider supposed to be till my son was put in the deletion center any how my child was put in this factly in april of 2014 and his dr has dropped as a patient because he missed to manny appointments but the dr who lives three he away will not talk to me and when asked to talk to the courts about my son he wouldn't I don't know about theses toumers but my oldest son had an A VM and it ruptured and the way his life was spared was it leaked in to his spine the dr at are Emergency room were gonna send him home with migraine headaches but my dad told them that are boys can take a great deal of pain and that was no migraine so they took him back gave him a MRI and found the leading and life flightless him to another hospital were a Dr performed operation and removed the AVM and he's fine but I don't know why there treating my child like this he has  not commited a crime that bad that he should be  sentenced to death row now I'm not sure what this means but speaking with a nurse at his Dr office I asked her at the time they found his toumer how big was it and she said it was 20 ×13×13 and she then said in feb 2015 by a different radiologist not in their office it measured at 21×15×15 I don't know what that means but I have a letter from the same Dr when this all began saying my son needs chemo asap or his life it could cost him and now his probation officer has caused some problems and I had to get papers from the count saying I never lost costidy and I had my sons regular Dr call and she was lied to by the nurse and told her my son see a Dr but I ask and he says no and there calling him a hpoconderact pleas help

My son has an 18 year old daughter but is not listed on the birth certificate. He volunteered to pay child support and longer does as his daughter is over 18. His daughter now wants to have his name on the birth certificate to claim her Native American heritage. Both are in agreement. What is the court process as I was told there isn't a form and to contact legal services. Thank you.

My son is abt to be 4 years old. He has my last name because while I was pregnant his father was abusive physical & emotionally hurting me , he was also abusing drugs and dealing drugs . Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

Im 16 and pregnant.I want to be emancipated,but I feel I may need public assistance such as food stamps and cash assistance because I'm currently unemployed.I also need help finding a place because I'm getting kicked out.Can a pregnant teen become emancipated and get on food stamps and cash assistance/?And is there anyone who can legally help an emancipated pregnant teen find a place of their own?

Is it legal for the property manager to charge potential tenants an application fee then deny them from taking over the lease and then use the application fees or credit a tenants account?

My ex lost his job in March of this year, he hasn't worked since then. What is the typical course of action when something like this happens? Does a letter get sent to him? Is he required to notify the courts? Any information regarding this process would be alot of help, thanks in advance.

I am looking to purchase a mobile home on a rented lot. The mobile home has a shattered sliding glass door and the swamp cooler is not working. Are these things the landlord is required to have fixed before I purchase the home? I'm not really concerned about the swamp cooler as I own window units, but concerned about the door. The glass was completely shattered on the mobile side of door, presumably by previous tenant who was evicted.

Hello, my wife past away most recently In 2004 she had a conviction and owes the .state $2000.After we married in 2010 i purchased a vehicle and put both our names on the title. When I tried to sell the vehicle, MVD told me I can't sell it because the court put a lean on it and I have to pay them off first.
