  • I live in a park they say it re park but 9 trailers are theirs and I rent one of them since the end of February and I've had an a/c and electrical problem since may and finally had to fix myself cause I had no a/c for 4 day frayed wiring and I deducted from rent now they threading me with eviction and charging me with vandalism and telling me landlord tenant laws don't apply to me one can they have me charged with vandalism and two do landlord tenant laws apply to me it's their trailer not mine
