  • Due to the COVID-19 Virus my husband and I aren't letting anyone in the house and practicing social distancing. My husband isn a Pharmacist and may have been in contact. Our owner wants to refinance but we're uncomfortable letting an appraiser inside during this time. We're also afraid of the owner deciding not to let us resign due to this. We asked if they could postpone at least until quarantine is up. What should we d?
  • which court do I need to go to and where can I get forms for a divorce in Maricopa county?
  • I was incarcerated in july of this year and was released just recently, during that time my wife and 2 children had moved to kansas I am most likely to file for divorce and will be seeking joint custody. I am planning on having the kids for their summer break and winter breaks.Since she is out of state what is the procedure for this to occur and what must I file,also will she have to come back to Arizona for the proceedings or can she remain in Kansas?

  • I need advise and assistance. Have been working with ***Mortgage Servicer*** since 10/2011 to obtain a HAMP 1.0 Tier modification. I have filed for Chapter 11 protection in 4/12 to stop the foreclosure process and continue to work unsuccessfully with Mortgage Servicer. They have made my life so unbelievably stressful with their constant requests for duplicate information provided and 2 denials of the request based on incorrect information that I am spending hours proving their errors. Need assistance to further clarify the settlement terms of the AZ AG's office case and what can be done to help me obtain the HAMP

  • I have 2 grandsons in separate foster homes. How do my wife and I get visitation rights.
  • My children's mother dropped the kids off with me December 31, three days after my agreed weekly visit not wanting to be responsible for taking care of them anymore. Ive got documentation and witnesses that she dropped them off with the intent to sign over her rights as a mother so she could do as she pleases. How do I protect myself legally so she cannot come and go taking them from a stable home after not being in contact once for the past five weeks? She dropped them off at my job with only the clothes on their backs. I am employed and have constant care for them, how do I protect myself?
  • how do i find out about a will that my mother has. she has changed this will 3 times in the last 4 years. she has dementia and now she has her sister in charge of the will. she wont give us a copy of the will. can we get a copy of the will.
  • I am a landlord and have a question about my legal rights to be notified by the power company (SSVEC) before they shut off service because the Tennant did not pay their electric bill. The signed rental contract gives permission to the power company to notify me of a pending shut off. They have this agreement on file. It gets below freezing here and this puts our units at risk of having frozen or bursting water lines. Also the smoke detectors are disabled. I never want the utilities turned off on the apartments because of this. They just shut off the power for 10 days before I'm aware.
