Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I have 2 siblings and a step sibling who are sole beneficiaries of a trust. My step dad passed almost a year ago. We have heard nothing about the status of the trust. All of his personal property has been sold and presumably those funds have been added to the trust. None of us are contesting the distribution of funds. How long should it generally take for us to hear when we may receive our inheritance and how can I follow up on the courts progress? the laundry room in our complex is filthy. Inside washers very dirty. Dryers need to be cleaned. Washer and Dryers are always breaking. Everyone complains but nothing is being done to remedy the situation.

We have a serious mold problem. Everyone in the house is sick all the time. It is from the leaks in the roof which have been fixed over and over by the maintenance men. Is this negligence on the landlords part and can we sue for damages?

I am from Texas and had 2 children which reside in Texas with my ex. I want to know how can i get visitstion rights, where to file, and if I can get them during school breaks. The reason I ask is because i went back to Texas to visit them and my ex didn't let me see them and she won't even answer my phone calls.
