My husband quit claimed house to his brother before we were married but never had it recorded. Now he has quit claimed to me. Is this going to make me legally the owner with my husband or does it belong to his brother legally?

I was e mail about loan for $8000.00 and all I had to do was send three months payments in advance which I did the day when there wrer to mak a deposit to my account I got call from the tell me that I had to purchase a inserunce for the loan and all I had to do was ppay $750.00 1/2 of the cost so I had it canceled the loan and ask for my money back they told me it would take 14 to30 days befor I could get it io told I needed it back that day they said they would,this has put me in avery bad money problem because of being on ssi diabilty my bill are going to suffer and Imy credit is going to take a big hit I have to pay for a truck payment and rent and insurance I have no othere way to gover them I neeed to get them to return that money by the end of this week, I need help. I was olso scam by company out of Washington involving free gov. grant money that also menschen that they were working with the f.b.i.i lost $150.00in that.

Both of my parents have passed away leaving their small estate in a trust. I am the executor of the trust. The estate is small and fall within the dollar limits of real estate and personal property within the estate, where probate proceedings are not required. My question is; to complete the estate, do I need to To complete the estate, so I need to place a “Notice to Creditors” in a newspaper as described in A.R.S. 14-3801? (There are no known creditors).

My husband and my daughter (his stepdaughter) were in an argument and my daughter slapped my husband in the face. My husband called the police and now wants to get a restraining order. I am expecting a baby 8/1/11. The father & I are not married nor are we cohabiting, but we get along. What is the basic process for establishing custody and parenting time? Are we legally required to file something through the court? If so, how? I don't care how often he comes over to see us but his work schedule is unpredictable, so a pre-scheduled parenting time arrangment might not be feasible. How formal does a parenting agreement need to be? Are there flexible options available?

My children's mother dropped the kids off with me December 31, three days after my agreed weekly visit not wanting to be responsible for taking care of them anymore. Ive got documentation and witnesses that she dropped them off with the intent to sign over her rights as a mother so she could do as she pleases. How do I protect myself legally so she cannot come and go taking them from a stable home after not being in contact once for the past five weeks? She dropped them off at my job with only the clothes on their backs. I am employed and have constant care for them, how do I protect myself?
