The mother of child is in jail and will be there until the end of September 2016. The mother wants me to keep the child until she is released. She did write a note saying she gives me permission to make any and all decisions for the child,but its just handwritten.I had been keeping the child three or four days a week since she was 5 weeks old,but she has been with me constant since she was 3 months old.what do I need to do to get temp guardianship until her mom gets out?

Question-once a work schedule of an employee has been posted can the employer make changes to the schedule w/o consulting the employee, and if employee can not accommodate the change can the employer retaliate with disciplinary action.

I have been divorced for 4 years now. For the summer I signed up the kids (2) for a program that ends each day @ 5:30 for $180. My ex wants to sign them up for a program @ the comm. center for $1250 becasue it ends at 6:00 each day. She is not employed and does no know when she will be getting off? A friend told my ex that I have been advised to get a RO against him. He retaliated by getting a false one against me- before I could on against him.
