My husband got temporary custody while we were seperated. our child is two years old and now my husband filed for divorce so he could have full custody but we are living together under the same house coparenting. He doesnt want me to go to court but i just want the same equal rights as my husband does. how do i obtain joint custody when we are living under the same roof or have the same rights. should i fight the divorce would that help me in any way. What do i need to do to have an equal say in my childs upbringing?

I emailed my landlord and gave him a 30 day notice and he emailed back and accepted it. Now he says I have to pay another month rent and send a certified letter stating when I am going to leave. I have all the corresponding email even the one where he is trying to intimidate me. my husband retired from the marines and had to leave for another job in WA State and we had to stay behind because he is making us pay another month or longer. Is this legal

My property manager who does Not have a real estate license in AZ. has given me a 30 day notice and claims it came from the owner but she refuses to give me any number or way to speak to the owner about what is going on. Do I have a right to speak to the owner since she is claiming he is the one who told her to give me the notice.

I was living in a place in az, i gotreally sick (Almost died) so i talked to management & they let me outta the lease. I received my damage deposit & a paper stating i owe nothing. Then 1-2years later i got a bill for $588.00 they said that the manager made a mistake as far as letting me outta of the lease. Can they bill me after that much time has passed?

I live in senior apartments In Peoria AZ. My son who is trying to quit using drugs stayed with me for about 2 weeks waiting to go into rehab. A neighbor complained and I spoke with management and they told me that it was not a problem not to worry about it and the after his TB test was completed he needed to be out. About a week later I receive notice that due to excessive grease on my stove (of which there was VERY little of and I have photos to prove this) that if I didn't clean the grease they would terminate my residency and they refered me to AZ revised statute 33-1368 (A). After looking at this statute it has nothing to do with cleaning a grease from my oven or any other kind of upkeep on my residence but with having guests etcetera... they also said I have five days to clean it up or they will issue at termination. Is there anything I can do?
