  • what is the meaning of domestic violence, and how many years can you get for this
  • I was out on deployment when my vehicles safety inspection sticker expired and my truck got towed from my parking spot at home and was impounded. I never missed a payment and could not afford to pay the impound cost when i returned home from deployment and Navy Federal credit Union would do nothing to help me get my vehicle back. That was back in 2009 i believe, and Navy Federal Credit Union has been trying to collect the remaining $7000 on the loan from me which i do not have and have never had. i do not even have a job right now. What can be done about this? i feel cheated!
  • My baby mom got a order of protection against me for both her and my son. After my 1 hr supervised visitation she is required to leave the area immediately but she waits around. The director of the program witness and she made a 3rd party affidavit confirming that she waits when she shouldn't. She also says she hears the extremely inappropriate things my son says. She made a police report stating I was following her BUT she should of been 20 minutes away from the area . I got arrested beat the case and now I want legal actions done against her ?   • I am looking to purchase a mobile home on a rented lot. The mobile home has a shattered sliding glass door and the swamp cooler is not working. Are these things the landlord is required to have fixed before I purchase the home? I'm not really concerned about the swamp cooler as I own window units, but concerned about the door. The glass was completely shattered on the mobile side of door, presumably by previous tenant who was evicted.
  • I had an unwritten deal with someone and he basically conned me out of $800. I sued him in Pima County small claims court. The court required that i name his spouse as a defendant as well. When the court date came, he had fled town and left his wife to deny everything in court for him. It turns out though he is not legally married to this woman, and that was made clear to the judge. Still, the judge dismissed my case with prejudice even though she was not his legal spouse and now i am out $800+. I even had a witness but he was late so unfortunately didn't get sworn in. What recourse do i have?
  • Can my 1/2 of the deposit be withheld if I comply to my notice to vacate and leave before lease is up and my roommate stays aka “squats”. He has decided to stay and never gave his notice to vacate , because due to the pandemic, his next rental is unavailable for another 30/60 days.
