I am the guardian of my 2 grandchildren (their mother is my oldest daughter) she had been in a domestic violence situation with the kids dad (he is in prison until July 2016) she lives with friends, no job, possible drugs. He does drugs and has a new girlfriend pregnant. I do not want either of them to obtain children EVER. What can I do to protect the kids and myself since Arizona tends to want to reunite children and parents. This is not a good idea with either of the biological parents. I love them to much to have them suffer. Guardian since 2010, they are age 9 and 6. suggestions?

I was ticketed for criminal speeding when I was 17. Went to court and was told to do driving school to get rid of the charge. The charge hasn't been removed. The court clerk says that I was given the option for traffic school but doesn't know how to remove it. How would I remove it from my record? I feel it should be removed from the option of going to traffic school.

So my vehicle was towed in a free parking spot in my townhome complex. I know that within our HOA rules my vehicle was parked for a period of time so they had the right to tow it. One issue that we have is that there are not enough parking in our complex at all. It is a complaint all residents have. They have made parking available as if there are only families with one car per unit living in the complex, when there are residents that are renting the a unit and may have up to 4 cars per unit. I was wondering if there is a law that mandates a certain amount of parking for a complex?

My next door neighbor had bed bugs, now we do, we are connected condos, 25 units. Who is responsible for extermating these little buggers? Tenant or landlord? We have tried with home remedies, the land Lord did have one bed room exterminated, but doesn't want to pay to have the whole unit done he says it's up to us to do it. We are on SSI and social security and can not afford to have it done professionally, what are our rights?

My apartment , for the 5th time this year, as left a piece of paper outside my door with an open-ended notice of water being shut off for repairs. After about 5 hours, I've called for an update and they just say they don't know when it will be done. Is it within their rights to leave open-ended notices, not even in person, of utilities being cut? Do i have any rights in this matter as a paying tenant with a 5 month old who works from home?

Can I stop the eviction if it will leave me without a home?

maybe someone can answer me on this I currently renting a 2 bedroom apartment in Bullhead city Arizona, a month ago I found out that my apartment is infested with termites, the landlord or apartment manager responded by sending a maintenance worker to look into it and he was not sure what we're dealing with so he reported back to the office and they send a pest control to look into it and he confirmed that it was termites and they need to call a termite specialist and he came and looked at it said it was a mild case so he went back and told the manager what needs to be done and the estimate but all that was over 3 weeks ago and I heard nothing about since then so I called and the lady who works there did not seem to know whats going on with this so she replied "I will let the manager know and have them call you" well another week passed so I drop buy the office and paid rent and I ask the lady again about and she said the exterminator has not got back to them so now I'm not sure what to do, I personally believe they are giving me the run around and do to the history and incompetence and procrastination of the maintenance service provided since we been living there I am highly concern to the point that I should just bail out of my lease and move somewhere else but the problem with that is I cannot afford to when I'm providing for my kids so I am thinking i should seek some legal council on the situation
