We gave a roommate 30-day verbal notice that his month-to-month lease was up. If he doesn't leave could his drinking binges (including driving on a suspended license, with no insurance), and belligerent, vaguely threatening but scary behavior be enough to get an immediate eviction started? He will go into the kitchen falling down drunk when everyone else is asleep, and I'm afraid he could start a fire, by accident or on purpose. Or would we have to give him written notice and start from square one? Thanks!

Oue lease is up in a couple of days, and the landlords and his family have been there for the past two updating the lawn. We were not notified that they were coming prior to their arrival. This has been an ongoing problem with them. They felt that as soon as they put the house on the market they can come whenever they choose. We have requested in writing that they give us notice , but in last two days they have not honored that . What are my rights?

When we first moved into our apartment we noticed a bug but didnt know what it was, we killed it and flushed it, a couple weeks later we started getting bit and a couple days after that we caught 2 bugs, we told the office and they "set us up with a heat treat" 2 months later we got that heat treat! We were suppose to get 3 follow up sprays, one every week for 3 weeks. It had been a month since they heat treated and we only got one of those sprays! Now were getting bit like crazy again, 2 weeks ago we told the office we were getting bit and now its worse, Can we get out of our lease? HELP

Does someone who is in jail for not paying child support receive any credit toward his child support for each day he/she is incarcerated? The pastor from my church told me he believes it to be $100/day
-
My mother was given guardianship of my children when I was incarcerated. I've been out for over 2 years now. She has not allowed me to see my kids. I had a notarized statement giving custody to their dad, the judge did not accept it. Instead he accepted a letter I wrote to my sister while in county jail. How do I go about getting my kids back or visitation when I.can't afford it. To me this was all done wrong. And she wants child support when I can't see my kids.
