  • We rent a home through a property manager. We received a fine from the HOA regarding my husbands work truck. This rule is in a design builds document that we never received or agreed to at move in. We are refusing the fees and think this should void our lease since we only signed the CC&r's and the rules and regs. We weren't told about this and never would have rented a house that didn't allow a work truck. Anything I can do from here?

But she was involved in a crime and she is now in jail. She has violated her probation plus new five felonies. I received a letter a couple days ago saying my court date with her had been vacated. Her parents won't let me have my son. What paperwork do I need to file?
