My dishwasher stopped turning on just prior to stay at home orders. With respect to maintenance men, & requests from the complex to only submit emergency requests, I didn’t report. However, my garbage disposal has subsequently stopped working & will not drain, leaving water growing increasingly murky & smelly in the sink. Property managers, assistant managers, & online portal request managers have ignored my requests for resolution for over a week now. What can I do?

I signed my trailer and some contents left in the trailer back to the park landlord 3 days ago and today they brought the couch to my new place and dumped it in my carport i thought when i signed it over to these people that if they didn't want it that it was their responsibility to get rid of it..where do I stand

I live in a mobile home retirement community in Mesa. It was recently acquired my Cal-am. One of their new directives is that all window AC units have to be removed. I do not have central air and cant afford to install it. Being without AC in AZ is like not having heat in NYC. Can they really force me to remove my 2 AC units even though it gets to 120 degrees?

I leased a house that I saw 6 months prior. I paid first months rent and deposit totaling 2400. House has no hot water or heat. Trashed, full of prior tenants belongings. I had to have mover put things in house. I am in hotel that I am paying for as house not livable. Can I terminate lease and how?

I went to court on the 17th on the judgment was that I had to be out by 23 May so does that mean that I had there going to lock my apartment on the 23rd or does that mean that they can send the paperwork to lock my apartment on the 23rd when do I need to be out of my house . The judgment says immediate possession of the premises 1829 N. 45th Ave., Phoenix, AZ right of restitution to issue after five calendar days from this date right to issue on 05/23/2017

I have been in a domestic violence situation for 9 years. We had 3 kids out of wedlock and later on married. He is on the birth certificate but there is no court custody in place. He is also on the child abuse and neglect registry for failing to supervise my daughter properly and has domestic violence charges on his record, I was the victim. Can I relocate to another state with our children legally and not tell him?

My ex-wife took out a protection order against my 17 year old daughter's boyfriend back in March 2011. My daughter did not wish for this but could not stop her mother. Now my daughter is 18 years old and wants to be removed from the protection order. Can she do this in a simple manner? Or does she have to hire a lawyer and go to court?
