My hhusband has a child from befor we where married. He was never married to this woman, we are looking into how to get custody or joint custody of his son. Do we need to do a legal paternity test if he is already on the birth certificate and he doesn't question that he's the father?

My son's biological father has visitation every other weekend. If he is out of state when it is his time for visitation, do I still have to take our son to see his wife (my son's step mom) or can I keep him at my house until his father returns? My son's step mother does not have visitation rights.

the city of tempe impounded my car for driving on suspended? the officer never pulled me over, my car was parked at a gas station I was in the store when he pulled in and parked. I then walked over to a hotel next door leaving my car at the gas station and thye officer pulled up next to me at the hotel and asked me for I.D. He then ran my name and my license came back suspended, told me he was'nt goping to arrest me but was going to impound my car? is this legal if he never put his lights on and pulled me over in my car? and both my car and I were on private property?

I we are surrendering our Motor Home(RV) to the bank for we cannot afford the monthly payments any longer. We are told after the RV is sold we are still responsible for the remmaning amt. owed. We think that amt. will be about $37000.00 which we cannot afford, what can we do at that point?

Although I have guardianship of my young nephew and my wife and I have established ourselves as loco parents. My sister now is in custody of him. (she established herself as a stable loving capable mother) However she has moved in a boyfriend who has established himself as "Daddy" and is now refusing to allow my wife, me nor his maternal grandmother to visit with us. Do I have any enforcible visitation rights as his guardian?

My ex wants more child support. We agreed upon a number and I have been sending that amount into the clearing house. Then she wanted it back dated 6 months and her attorney said I had to pay it. None of this has been court ordered and they have not mailed anything to me. I have not been making as much money as I had been, real estate, how can I get this reduced to what it was before. And, do I have to pay the new amount if there is NO order?

If my child moves out of the country with his mother without my consent am I still obligated to pay child support?

I was arrested at 19 with a pound of marijuana and charged with 4 felony counts of possession. One charge was for the marijuana, one for a medicinal bottle,one for a bong and one for another medicine bottle with a small amount from the pound in it. After going to court my case was dismissed without prejudice and i payed a $1000 fine to the court as well as completing a small course booklet sent to me at home. I am now 21 and determined to enlist in the Army so I am trying to have my case completely dismissed or expunged from my record.I am not sure which I should try for or the process on how?

I’m a teacher at a charter school. My school is trying to force me to teach in person. With COVID-19 raging in AZ I don’t feel it’s safe. If I’m fired for refusing to teach in person can I collect unemployment or even sue the school for putting my life in danger?
