  • I live in a 55+ park, on 10/2 The Gas was shut off due to a leak, The master Pipe under my trailer needs repair, I have been told 3 times that it would be fixed and I would have gas. The only thing done is my Meter was removed and the pipe capped off, so everyone else would have Gas, and that took 24 Days. What is a reasonable amount of time for repairs

  • What can I do if my husband is not filing his set of divorce papers, mine have been filed already and I waited the required amount of time, but he will not file his papers saying he is too busy. We have no children together and we agreed on everything. I believe I need to file a default form, but does that mean we have to have a hearing? Is there anyway to file the default form and have no hearing? Especially being we have no property/assets to divide.
  • We had an 80/20 mortgage on our home. In Feb it was foreclosed on. The first lender shows as a foreclosure but the 2nd lender(chase) shows as a charge off. I was told that there is something in the state of AZ that requires both lenders to report it as a foreclosure.
