  • What if the landlord (Apartment Management)don't do anything to help you seal or change your door , can you stop paying rent until they help you?
  • I am a renter with wife and 3 children, We have not had A/C since 8/31/17. Landlord has a home warranty program and its taking forever to rectify the issue. Ive been told various dates and times but they always fall through. Now its supposed to be Saturday 9/9/17 btwn 12-4. What is my recourse against the Landlord? she has offered nothing . All I hear is she is a single mom of 3 kids, who lives with her parents.

Will this disqualify me?
  • I rent a condo from the owner. The landlord has sent 4 serviceman to fix my 23 year old ac unit that has been non stop leaking on 7/4( now 7/28). Each saying the ac simply needs to be replaced. I have numerous bowls out bc it leaks in different areas. The hallway is a hazard and unsightly . He has come to terms it needs replaced. What time frame am I entitled to have the replacement done timely ? Also is it my responsibility to meet the repairman if the landlord cannot accommodate my work schedule?

  • My divorce papers state that my ex-husband pay for our daughters extra-curricular activities (piano, gymnastics etc)as well as $20.00 a month child support. He is not doing any other is. It also states he must see a therapist which he has not done. His visitation is Tuesdays/Thursdays 3-7 and every other Saturday but I have been letting him see her whenever he wants. Does that mean I'm in contempt? What can I do about him not paying for the things he's supposed to and going to a therapist? He still has not taken the parenting class the court requires either.
