Me and my wife separated 3 years ago. She moved out of state with our three children and then about a year later two of my boys came back to live with me in Arizona. They went up to visit their mom in Utah last Summer and she refused to let my boys come back . Come to find out she filed for divorce/custody when they first got up there and I was never served anything. It's already been approved by a judge and now I'm paying child support and on a parenting schedule to visit my kids. What can I do and which state, Arizona or Utah do i contact? Thank you

I appear for my 341 hearing and approach by a lawyer representing my creditor. I was asked to step out in the hallway and told I had two choice either agree to start repaying or surrender the things I got from them. They also sent me a certified letter. What type of motion can I file for them violating the order of stay?

My ex stole my dog. I adopted her while we were dating, her adoption paperwork is in my name ONLY. We have since broken up, and he took her without my permission and will not return her. One cop said it's theft of personal property, but suggested trying to deal with it directly with my ex first, then follow up if she wasn't returned. I followed up and the next cop I talked to said it's not theft of personal property because I adopted her while in the relationship with my ex, and the adoption paper doesn't matter even if my ex and I were never married so it's not a criminal issue. Is this true?

I applied for unemployment on March 29th and was approved. I have been receiving unemployment but I have not spent any as I am sure my previous employer will dispute the unemployment claim. How long does an employer have to dispute an umemployment claim? I do not feel safe touching the monies I've been given yet.

I have had my brother in law and his wife here at my residence that I am renting for seven months. They were told repeated times to start paying a specific amount of money a month and ignored my requests. They chose not to sign a written agreement and still refuse to pay. They are not on the lease either. I want to know if I have grounds to give them a 5 or 30 day notice to vacate. And if I can mail it, as they are staying with someone else for a couple months, or if I have to hand it to them personally. Thank you
