  • If I have two parents but only live with one and I don't want to live with either one of them and I have a sister who is 24 can I go live with her? Im 15 and curious

As he didn't pay taxes, the IRS came after him for the $150,000 he took and also reduced my social security. I really need a divorce from him, but I'm SMI bipolar and he's mean.  Help me please.

  • I am about to become a grandmother in December ~ my first ~ my daughter-in-law is making statements that she does not possibly want their child to have my son's last name, but rather her maiden name. I am not sure where she is going with this scenario, but I suspect she is anticipating something that would separate relationships between us.   • A mortgage company defrauded us, sold us on a refi from a 3.5% ARM to an 8% fixed before the industry crashed. Turns out the switched papers at the title company and put us back in an ARM with a pre-payment penalty. After Az Att Gen office sent a letter to them, did they finally modify our loan. 2 yrs later, I want to refi in to todays rates after no late payments and I am told since modified, never can refinance??? Also Att Gen office asked me to fill paperwork out for the settlement they reached with a Bank, I did, have heard nothing and the Bank says they will do nothing!
