  • I have a tenant in my home and they are moving out In September so I have decided to sell my home and put it on the market. They are refusing to let me do open houses, or have people come in and see the home. They said no one can enter not even when there home! I need to sell my home so by the time they leave it will have been sold hopefully. I cannot afford to house payments. I don't know what to do. My realtor has called them and ask to do showings when there home, and they refuse. I feel like there hiding something. Please help!
  • I am going through a child paternity, custody, visitation, and child support case. I left arizona due to a domestic violence situation with my daughters father. I am in need of legal help and have tried yuma community legal services. He has paid for a really good lawyer which I have no money to afford one at all.   • The home I rented went into foreclosure and was sold, unbeknownst to me or to the property management company (manager was not the owner). I made 2 rental payments to the management company during the time between the home being sold and us becoming aware of it. I made a CFK agreement with the new owner and requested my deposit, as well as the 2 rental payments back from the manager. They told me to give them a key and they would return my deposit, even though I made it clear I was not moving out. I returned my key and they refused to return my deposit or payments. Do I have any recourse?

  • I am being evicted under section 33-1368a unauthorized guest.a friend of mine came by to say hi and to get a cold drink. As my friend was arriving my landlord and my friend had words with each other one calling the other a racist for commenting on baggy clothes. I was served with a written 13-3368a notice and was told he couldn't come back. About 3weeks later my friend showed up again I told him he wasn't allowed on the property gave him some water and he left. The next day I was served with a second 33-1368a notice with 10 days to vacate the property. Is this legal and what should I do?

Two other people applied for the apt however plans fell through and only I ended up moving in.I paid for the deposit, and made all monthly payments. I received my check for move out refunds for amount of less than 200, but I’m unable to deposit or cash it since it’s made out to all three parties who applied initially. I contacted the office twice and emailed numerous times with no response back. All three people Who applied are Included in lease but did not sign or ever lived in the unit. Landlord will not return callWhat can I do, need advise.
