I was let go mid month, i contacted the managers boss,On November 2nd. the manager mailed out a 7-day eviction notice to me for non-payment of rent. I am awaiting disability to come in,i can only work 20hrs. max a week. I was not given any time to set-up a payment plan as others here have been able to do. The manager locks the door when she see's me coming to her office. I own the trailer but rent the spot. The eviction notice was not signed by anyone. Is this a Legal notice? How will this work in this case? Will she be gone after to pay back the CA payments even though she is on SSI?

My ex-wife has issues with our son at home, which we do not experience in our home. He has anger and agression issues, and is now acting out at school. She took him to a therpist who recommened he be medicated, and she wants him medicated as well. I do not support this, but she said I do not have a say in the situation. She will not provide me with the name of the doctor or drug. Can I file something with the court to keep my son from taking the medicine?

The water company should have shut off their water once the bill was overdue by 30 days but because the tenant(s) had children they decided to leave the water on for an extended period. The tenants moved out and never paid the bill and now the water company claims that I have to pay the bill because I am the landowner. I live in Mayer, Arizona and I question the legality
