  • The saleperson whom sold my home lied to me and the costs were nothing I would agree to. I own my home outright and made it clear what I wanted and what I would pay. I was reasdured and the resltor would not clarifiy it in writing. Sure enough exactly what I predicted, she did and at first casuing me to lose 5000 below what I would ever agree to. Now she claims she will give up her commission but she has been so j trustworthy , I am afraid she will steal my home or rip me off.   • I have full physical custody and shared legal custody. years ago we agreed he would get the tax write-off for our child 2 yrs in a row, I one. This is no longer fair as he has her for less than 100 days/yr and she's a teenager w a lot more expenses. He refuses to change to every other year. What recourse do I have?
  • we have been in our lease for 12 months. In our initial lease it stated that the owner was to replace water heater and repair roof leak. We are about to renew and he still has not completed the repairs. The kitchen ceiling is coming down and he says it's our responsibility to repair. I stated that the root leak caused all of the damage and that the repairs are part of the roof leak. He has not repaired the roof and we are 12 months into the lease. What can I do to force him to repair or simply breach of contract for repairs.
  • I bought a car and I made a mistake on buying it and the dealer won't take it back after a week. I am disabled and Deaf and I believe I was being coerced and the payments is too high for me to handle. The cost of loan is 23,000 and payments is 361.00. The trunk is too high for me to put in my walker. I have contacted the Attorney General with no luck. The blue book value is 12,000. I saw an ad for the 2017 car same as mine for much lower at 13,000. Please Help me.
  • We had flooding from recent storm. Walls got wet, carpet got wet, and light fixture not working. Landlord said let dry out and things will be fine. No repairs. Only cut open wall to worst leak and put a dryer in there. No one has come back. That 9/8/14. Today is 9/10/14. Should we give 5 or 10 day notice to fix? It now smells moldy in here, and I have to cook dinner in semi dark. Already frustrated because we have roaches! I have allergies and don't want to be exposed to them or to mold.

  • My wife and are married, both women, and we both are on my child's birth certificate. she is his biological mother. The problem is She about a month a half ago left to a friend's and didn't come back for 2 weeks. When she returned, she promised to get help by going to a rehab for pills, and heroin use. She then about a week later disappeared in the middle of the night at 2:30am while we all slept, to NM where she was using heroin again, admitting all of this through text messages which I still have. She is now threatening to come and take my son from me and not give him back. What can I do?
