QUESTIONS

  • Where can I find a court approved parenting class?
  • I live in an apartment complex. On July 26th, 2014, there was a storm and a tree planted on the premises fell onto my car. The apartment complex removed it two days later. They claim it was an "act of God", and won't cover the repairs for the damages to my vehicle. My question is this: Would this fall under the provisions in the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, section 33-1324, Landlord to maintain fit premises?
  • if you break into a unoccupied building to sleep is it burglary or trespassing

They do not want to take applications from the people who want to buy. Can they legally not accept applications from people who want to purchase and keep me paying lease space?

  • My Step-daughter lost custody of my grandson in 2006 and the father has refused visitation by our daughter or by us the grandparents. Is this right or is it against the law for him to not allow us or his mom visitation? If so what recourse does she have and us as grandparents? He says we are not the grandparents because my wife adopted her daughter and because of that we are not blood so we have no rights. Please help I have cancer and would love to see my grandson before anything bad happens to me?
  • My son was married for 10 years. She always wanted to be the one bringing in all the money. My son was given an allowance. She makes close to 60,000 a year and basically told my son to get a job the last year. He couldn't find one and she decided to ask him to leave. He left with just some stuff and nothing else. Do you think he would be able to get alimony at least for awhile? No children. He is 29 and will be looking for a job now obviously, but he was left with nothing. Ty for any advice in advance

The police Said he could and he did. I have to move because he has all the money. Im trying to keep the residence, but its gonna be a battle. I have rights to reside here now til hearing on 25th of August.
  • When the Court Sets Aside a misdemeanor conviction and orders a person released from all penalties and disabilities, does this mean that all civil rights (voting, gun rights, etc.) are restored? And if so are there any other documents that have to be submitted to complete this action?
