I am a 21 year old college student sharing a condo with my landlords daughter. I gave my landlord notice that I would be moving out the 2nd week of May and she was ok with it. She has been taking the rent in the middle of the month every month except when we initially moved in we paid on the 1st. I am just paying my rent for April, today the 11th. But she told me if I stay in the condo past the 1st, I have to pay, because rent is from the 1st to the 1st. She stated she took it out in the middle because the utility bill doesn't come till the middle of the month. So she included them together.

I originally moved my M.H. on the space it sits on 19 yrs. ago under a verbal agreement with previous owner. In Nov. 2016 I gave the landlord a cashiers check for the agreed upon purchase price for the MH he has yet to produce the title. I was never given rules & regs, rental agreement, Dep housing summary, utilities are not posted,never rec. Meter readings, there several collsped MH. Landlord will not return calls.

I was e mail about loan for $8000.00 and all I had to do was send three months payments in advance which I did the day when there wrer to mak a deposit to my account I got call from the tell me that I had to purchase a inserunce for the loan and all I had to do was ppay $750.00 1/2 of the cost so I had it canceled the loan and ask for my money back they told me it would take 14 to30 days befor I could get it io told I needed it back that day they said they would,this has put me in avery bad money problem because of being on ssi diabilty my bill are going to suffer and Imy credit is going to take a big hit I have to pay for a truck payment and rent and insurance I have no othere way to gover them I neeed to get them to return that money by the end of this week, I need help. I was olso scam by company out of Washington involving free gov. grant money that also menschen that they were working with the f.b.i.i lost $150.00in that.

I moved in 1 month ago and put on my walk thru sheet that there was mold in the laundry room still waiting for them to fix it. They are going to put up new sheetrock. We also have noticed mold in the closet and kitchen. Can we have the mold tested on our own or do we have to have the owners/ landlord permission

I signed a 7 month lease which was up on July 4th. I asked for an extra month after my lease expired and they said, no problem. I went in to pay this months rent and they ask me to pay almost $300 more for the extra month. I told them I was not told of an increase in rent and I don't have the extra money for this. Is this legal for them to raise the rent without any kind of notice? They also put a 5 day notice on my door.
