  • I have an ongoing problem in my duplex with a black widow infestation. when we first moved in we had to kill many black widows that were in the backyard with a hammer. The next summer they returned, this time also in the garage and a bedroom closet. I notified the landlord and she provided us with store-bought insect spray for us to use ourselves. I used the spray and a few months later they have returned again. I am very concerned about being bit as well as the safety of my dogs. Since the store-bought spray didn't work doesn't it fall to the landlord to provide pest control? Esp. Safety wise
  • My ex broke up with me and kick me out the place we shared with our child. I had to move back to my home city which is in a different city then my child, and since our child is still in school I didn't want to move our child out of the school s/he went to. So had to leave my child with the dad. My child has stated that s/he wants to come live with me. So how do I get custody of my child.

  • I live in AZ w/ parents in Florida. Mom recently hospitalized, (treatment for previously diagnosed cancer, terminal) & signed papers for 'Hospice' while heavily medicated w/ morphine. Now bills are thru the roof as Medicare is not covering previously covered expenses. Mom is not "in" hospice care, just using 'pain management for medication'. She is still at home. Where can we get counsel as she signed papers without knowing change in coverage?
  • I had my baby two months ago, she was "unnamed baby" on her birth certificate. I gave them her father's information. I went to give them her name at the Vital Records Office, but it couldn't be done because her father has to sign and noterize an affadavit. I don't know where he is and my daughter needs her birth certificate. I was told that I need a court order for her to be named, how do I go about doing that?
