My son is 20 and working not going to college how old do he have to be to come off my child support enforcement

Have two homes, Glendale & Surprise, was living in the Glendale home until wife passed away, on 10/2006, moved to other home in Surprise right after death of Wife. Moved out of home in Glendale due to the pain so I moved to our other home in Surprise leaving my son to live in the Glendale home. During the healing time, my real estate income went so low that I lost the home to foreclosure in May of 2008, which I accepted keys for cash from Ocwen, and moved back to Glendale home. Does the home in Surprise qualify for Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief, since I was living there for 1 1/2 years.

I am 17 years old , do I legally have to have my mothers consent to leave to another state? What age can you travel to another state without parents permission?

Roommate's drunk cousin (eviction): I am listed on Rental Lease Agreement with a roommate. The roommate has a Guest (cousin) who is NOT on the lease staying in the living room for over a month. Roommate's Cousin helps her with expenses and rent at times. The roommate's cousin is an alcoholic, and gets drunk, becomes unruly, staggering, breaking things, etc. I would like to have the Guest Removed from the premises, evicted, when drunk particularly, or permanently. Can I have the police remove the drunk cousin of my roommate AGainst my Roommates discretion?

My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

Can a landlord refuse to allow a tenant (single parent) to add a minor child to the lease?

My ex and I are not a couple. But we are raising our children together. Can I still get child support from him if he is never there to help raise our kids.

What if a landlord, (who after some research is not licensed or associated with management company, for which he claims) continues to ignore our pleas to fix the hazardous wiring, and flooring that is not disabled friendly? Also what if there are conflicting reports on a black mold inspection? We were told yes we do and the landlord refuses to clean the ducts because his report says no.
