I am handicapped and desperately need an assistant. I have a man 49 who is wonderful. I have had 3 strokes and a heart attack and suffer with vertigo. I need someone with me especially at night, I have help thru pima county 3 days a week 2 hrs ea day. My assistant helps in all ways and the landlord refuses to approve him because he said on the application they made him fill out for residency (he shouldn't have to do that) that he works. I don't mind if he works during the day, its nights. What are my rights? He is my assistant in case I fall or an emergency, NOT A CARETAKER. HELP PLEASE!

can a complex predate a notice to terminate lease just for not wanting to renew lease? I think this tactic is used because I claim they have unsafe property and gave them 30 day notice to comply with health and safety.

2014 we lease a car for 36 months st $ 229.00 a month gave our our 2004 mint condition as down payment supposedly % 5000.00 we need a larger vehicle we were moving so went to see what they could do.The.dealer paid off the Camry but added it to the truck,our payments now $579.91for 84 months.what the salesman didn't tell us that they wrapped amount of the Camry to the truck payment, so we are paying for 2 cars and they kept the car .We only have one vehicle. Is that legal? What they did? We pay $579.91 monthly,to much.our solely monthly low income is 1773.00 combined.we tried to refinance with other banks but were denied they said we owe more than the vehicle was worth.we are up to our neck with to many bills If we voluntary turned up the vehicle can they go after our only assets,a2bedroom little house? My question, even though not charged can this be removed easy? Note back then I even had a ccw in az.

So my vehicle was towed in a free parking spot in my townhome complex. I know that within our HOA rules my vehicle was parked for a period of time so they had the right to tow it. One issue that we have is that there are not enough parking in our complex at all. It is a complaint all residents have. They have made parking available as if there are only families with one car per unit living in the complex, when there are residents that are renting the a unit and may have up to 4 cars per unit. I was wondering if there is a law that mandates a certain amount of parking for a complex?
