The judge ordered: IT IS ORDERED that both parties shall participate in co-parenting classes through Parenting Skills. Is this the same class I completed and filed a certificate for on 9/30/2011 PEC - Parent Education Certificate? If so, am I required to take it again? Does an online course comply with Maricopa Superior Family courts requirements? If not, since the place in Scottsdale given to me at court on 09/12/13 no longer does the class where on the West side (Peoria/Glendale) can I go to comply with this order?

I am having a situation similar to what you describe regarding my old landlord withholding my deposit, and not contacting me at all after our walk through, when i had verbally requested an itemized list of deductions. it has been 20 business days and he has not contacted me. I'm looking for the text of Schaefer v. Murphey to read. Your article mentions the case, but I can not find any more information about it. Any help would be much appreciated

I moved into a manufactured house on the first of april with two small dogs. In the lease it states that I can have two small dogs and two domestic cats. The other day my landlord came and verbally told me I could not keep my dogs in doors at night and if I do I have 30 days to move out. Can he do that? It says nothing in my lease about not being able to bring them in at night. I understand he doesn't want them roaming around inside while Im at work all day!! dog's are house trained. He wants me to write a letter stating I want to move out because of this.

Can I file a claim on my former employer? They fired me because I am bipolar and I was off my medication and posted an opinion on a recent news event during a manic mood swing episode - that was totally unrelated to the company, the employees, the wages, or working conditions? If so, who do I contact?

Does Arizona law allow any state authority to "commandeer" property of individuals or businesses in any "on the spot" manner, or do authorities have to obtain some type of court order?

My home was foreclosed (sold at auction) in 2009. I had two loans on the home, my primary residence: a Primary and a Home Equity Line of Credit. I have become aware that the HELOC bank, *****, has not written off my loan yet; this is preventing me from purchasing another home, which I have under contract. Q: Should a HELOC be considered "settled" with a foreclosure or can ***** the bank still pursue me for the unpaid loan amount (+$100K)? I am waiting to hear from *****, but they are extremely slow to respond and this could cause me to lose a potential new home! :-(

My husband of 14 years abandon my daughter and I and moved out of state without warning. I am getting ready to file for divorce. My daughter, who is 13, states that she does not want to have any visitation with her father of any kind. She is willing to state that in court or in writing or whatever is required. She is determined to have no communication with her father. Is there an age where a child can make this decision for themselves? She is not fearful of him she just wants nothing to do with him since he abandon her.
