what can I do if the owner sold the property and the new management is telling me I have to get my deposit back from him and he lives out of state???? The owner also owes me for unpaid wages during my employment there. He took me to court 4 times for payment of non rent but instructed the managers NOT to accept my rent payments. The courts ruled in my favor and I owed him zero. I was still evicted and had 5 days to move. I did a walk-thru with a manager and I left it move-in ready yet I'm fighting now for my deposit... any suggestions?????? Please.

Is the landlord of the mobile home park legally supposed to tell all the tenants if there is construction going on that will mess with the water supply? Our landlord rarely if ever tells us when there is construction expected and our water will be shut off without prior notice. Isnt there a law against that or something?

My ex-boyfriend has three different jobs. One of them is a firefighter job where he works at strait 36 hour shift so he’s free the majority of the week to work another full-time job. He also works another side job once a week. Because of him working 6, 10 hour plus shifts a week, amongst other issues with him I get little to no help with our infant daughter. This has drastically decreased the hours I can work and my income. He is telling me that legally he will only have to pay me child support from one of his jobs only and not all of them. Is this true?

I am renting a condo with a washing machine and dryer. The washing machine and dryer have only worked 6 out of the 9 months of my lease. The landlord replaced the appliances a few months ago, but they are now malfunctioning and flooding my kitchen when I try and do a load of laundry. A tech has been out twice to look at it, and claims there is no problem. I have asked the landlord for a break in rent this month due to the aggravation, as well as the fact that I am paying for a condo unit with a working washer and dryer. I can't get a response from my landlord or the realty company.

I need names ADDED to filed certificates, not changed. There are no court order forms for this as required by the Office of Vital Records (R9-114 thru R9-118) This set of twins only needs to add given names, not change their surnames. The forms available are not accurate for this situation and cannot be used without major adjustments. Need these certificates immediately for plane travel requiring ID. HELP
