  • My daughter is incarcerated at the Mohave county jail and has been for three or so months. Her attorney filed a rule 11 in her case. What is that? And they are trying to find her incompentate to stand trail. She has a mental disorder and they have her on lock down 24 hours a day. I cant have visits with her at all. And they told me to call first and when I do they say yes she can have a visit but when I get there they (visiting receptionist) tells me sorry the pod or she is on lockdown. what can I do about this?

  • When I got my divorce I did not indicate that I would be taking back my maiden name. Shortly after, I just started using it. Thirty-two years later I am experiencing a problem with Social Security. I will be 62 next year and need to legally change my name so I will be able to collect my monthly Social Security. I was divorced in California but now reside in Arizona. My question is, will I need a Certified or Exemplified copy of my Divorce Decree? Or no copy at all?

Question can the landlord set the addendum up in such a way that if the lease is broken she would have to leave in 3 days. ? As well if her sister decides to break her part of the lease but my friend wants to stay ?
