My daughter recently move to tucson to attend college. The apt complex was supposedly wifi ready, but the previous tenant in her unit apparently damaged the wiring to the point of a very costly repair, which the complex manager told her `they did the best they could', but it would cost too much to fix, and basically, tough luck. She now has to rely on using data (expensive!) and they are not offering to cover that cost. If the other units in the complex have access to this service, isnt she legally entitle to it as well?

I have her taped interview where she clearing states her given permission and that the notes were done by her. I am the gaurdian of my disabled son. He recieves social security because I am disabled. The guardianship began on his 18th birthday. Because I am traveling I have an agreement with his mother for him to stay with her. She expects me to continue to send her an additional $1200 because that was my child support agreement. I told her that was changing. She needed to provide reciepts for reimbursement for any thing above his room and board. She believes this money is for her use and has filed a motion to have herself named as guardian. Question does child support continue for an adult in guardian
